Boys and Girls Clubs of Jackson County to hold career day | Events

Middle school and High school students in Jackson County are invited to attend Career Day on March 8. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Jackson County officials said the event is all part of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America's National Program called Career Launch.

Career Launch is a mentoring program that allows teens, 13-18 years old, to explore different jobs. The program also helps teens and club members to learn about their own skills and interests. By learing their individual skills and interests they are able to make smarter educational decisions and are more prepared to join the workforce.

Career Day starts on March 8 at 4:00pm-6:00pm.

The event is located at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County, Andrew Johnson Unit, 1402 Tucker Street, Pascagoula, MS.
